At Appfinz Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality web design, development, and digital services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be requested. This policy outlines our refund guidelines, as well as our terms related to ownership, project timeliness, and service limitations.
1. General Refund Terms
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

No refund will be issued once the initial design draft is approved.

If the project is canceled by the client before the design process begins, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued, depending on the amount of work already completed.

No refund will be provided for completed and delivered work, including digital assets and services.

Refunds are not applicable to domain registration, renewal services, third-party integrations, plugins, or hosting services.
2. Ownership of Website Design

Upon full payment of web design and development fees, Appfinz Technologies grants ownership of the commissioned website to the client.

The client is free to use the commissioned website to promote their business, regardless of whether they continue service with Appfinz.

Clients cannot resell the design or development to other businesses or platforms.

Clients are permitted to add new pages or hire another agency to expand the existing website using the provided design and structure.
3. Ownership of Website Domain Name

Domain names are registered on the client’s behalf and are leased through third-party registrars.
-
Appfinz will register domain names in the client’s name, giving them full ownership upon payment of all dues.

Domain renewals and their associated fees are the responsibility of the client.

If the client requests Appfinz to manage domain renewals, an additional service fee applies.

Appfinz is not liable for expired domains due to missed renewals. Clients must monitor renewal dates independently or confirm renewal with our team in writing.
4. Project Timeliness, Delays & Termination

Appfinz requires timely input from clients to complete projects on schedule.

This includes providing:

Website content (text, images, videos)
-
Logo files
-
Hosting or login credentials
-
Feedback and approvals
-

A project timeline will be shared at the start and adjusted collaboratively if needed.

If the client fails to provide content or respond in a timely manner:
-
The project will be put on hold.
-
Appfinz may bill for the hours completed to date.
-
Persistent delays may result in project termination with a final invoice issued for the remaining balance.

If the client does not respond to the final notice within 5 business days, the project will be deemed completed, and no refund will be issued.

Note: Professional services like graphic design, branding, and SEO can be arranged at an extra cost for clients needing assistance with content creation.
5. No Refund in the Following Cases

Change of mind after project initiation

Delays caused by the client
-
Unsatisfactory feedback not related to the agreed scope

Third-party or plugin issues
-
Service disruption due to force majeure or events beyond our control
6. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must:

Be submitted in writing via email to info@appfinz.com

Include the reason for the refund request

Be filed within 7 days of the payment date or delivery of work
Appfinz Technologies reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after evaluating the status of the project and the work delivered.
